Dowas Deal Payment Policy:

Dowas Deal offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. Customers pay in cash when the product is delivered. 

1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers will pay for their order in cash at the time of delivery. Payment is collected directly by the delivery agent. No payment is required before delivery.

In special cases, advance payment may be required for order confirmation. For those payments, we accept bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.

We do not use any online payment gateway. All payments are handled in a simple and direct way. 

Dowas Deal Refund Policy:

Dowas Deal is dedicated to making the customer’s shopping experience safe, smooth, and hassle-free. Our refund policy is simple, transparent, and designed to give customers confidence.

1. Customers must report any issue within 7 days of receiving the product. After 7 days, refund requests will not be accepted.

2. Products will not be eligible for refund if they are used, washed, or damaged due to customer handling.

3. If a refund is approved, the process will take 3–7 working days after confirmation.
